We saw lots of Texas Blue Bonnets today. When I did the Texas Hill Country ride 2 years ago it was later in April and the Blue Bonnets had come and gone, so we hit it just right this time.
We also saw some long-horn cattle, so I took pics of them.

78 Miles to Austin ......
Today's ride was, supposedly, our last day in the Hill Country, thank God. We did over 4500' of climbing, so I was very happy to see our hotel after 6 hours and 13 minutes of riding. We're at the La Quinta tonight and it's actually quite nice. The rooms are large and clean. Rona is my roommate.
